Double helix stairs allow for performers on one stair and audience on the other, letting the two intertwine but never come into direct contact as the stairs wind up the tower. The 24' diameter tower is several stories tall with seating and light niches cut into the thick concrete walls. Open at the top, the sky is reflected in a pool at the base of the tower.
