وقت هایی هست که ما آشپز‌ها :) نمی خوایم بخار در ظرف جمع بشه. چه می دونم پف می کنه و میاد بالا و کلی خلاصه اذیت می کنه.
درب قابلمه‌ها هم جوری طراحی می شه که خوب سرجاش قرار بگیره و بنابراین درست و حسابی نمی شه این فاصله رو ایجاد کرد الا این که چیزی بذاریم بین‌ش یا اصلا به کل برش داریم و ....
