چقدر خوب ارتفاع بلند این برج رو به لحاظ روانی کم کرده؛ با اختلاف جدی فرم میون قسمت بالا و پایین اون و انتخاب متریال هایی با بازتاب بالا در قسمت بالای برج . با تقسمی بندی‌های افقی جدی در قسمت پایین و ایجاد خالی های قابل توجه فرمی در اون. حتی سعی کرده با شکستن ریتم این تقسیم بندی های افقی و ایجاد زاویه در خطوط، اون حالت کسلی رو هم از کار بگیره.
در عین حال این میزان باغچه سازی در ارتفاع هم قابل تقدیره
در واقع برج به این بلندی به جای این که به لحاظ روانی مثل یک برج سنگین در کنار یک چهارراه عمل کنه مثل یک ساختمون چهار-پنج طبقه معمولی و تازه سبزو تر و تازه درکنار یک چهارراه عمل می کنه و این خوبه

international design practice aedas has completed '18 kowloon east', a 28-storey mixed-use building in kowloon, china. seeking to balance out the heavily industrialized blocks making up the site, the design features a multi-storey green base that provides a 'greening effect' within the neighbourhood.

accommodating offices, retail spaces, and a car park, the building sits on a corner plot adjacent to other multi-storey developments. the overall scale of the design is broken up with a foundation of organically shaped floor plates which stack together to make up the above-ground parkade. extensive planting between the layers is visible from the street, visually injecting an element of nature while improving the air quality of the area. the glazed portion of the building lightly rests on this base as a hovering tower.
